Weston, A Place Apart
A history of Weston and stories about the estate collected from neighbors whose families have lived in the area for generations.
Weston, an early-American treasure, is one of Fauquier County's most completely preserved nineteenth-century farmsteads. Standing on ten of its original 440 acres, the old house and its outbuildings are surrounded by giant oaks, lawns and gardens, woodlands and cornfields. In this book are gathered the history of Weston and stories about the estate collected from neighbors whose families have lived in the area for generations.
